I think Christmas time is a great time to reflect on family and the choices you make to have a family. Nick and I were engaged in 2005 and married in 2006. We made the decision right away to "start a family" even though we already were one. We knew from the very beginning that God had planned for us to have children and we are so lucky to have our beautiful boys.
In 2007 we were blessed with our amazingly smart and beautiful son Nicholas Evan. He is such a sweet boy. He loves his Mommy and Daddy just as much as we love him. He wants to be a good boy and works very hard to do what is right.

Right after we had Nicholas we found out we were having another baby and 13 months later we were blessed with Jonathan George (Jack). Jack is funny and smart. He wants to be just like his brother. He has a sense of humor and and a gentleness to him.

We are so blessed to have these 2 beautiful boys. When God brought us together and asked to bring children up in his world we said yes. Our challenges are nothing like some other families. We are blessed to have these healthy happy boys and we are blessed to have each other.

We work hard to give our boys the world, our biggest challenge is balancing our work at home with our work at work. But we know we are blessed to have our jobs and our home.
